The Honest Sorcerer
As a species, we humans have gotten ourselves into a bit of a predicament. We are consuming irreplaceable resources at an ever-increasing rate while pushing the boundaries of our planet beyond their limits. No one seems to understand the complexities and implications of what is happening than the astute mind behind the newsletter The Honest Sorcerer.
The writer behind The Honest Sorcerer has an engineer’s mind and a story-teller’s sensibilities. In one article he describes himself as a manufacturing and supply chain guy who has been working in the field of electronic equipment sourcing and production for almost two decades. The depth of his knowledge shows. Whether he’s discussing the fallacy of a renewable energy transition, our critical dependency on diesel fuel, or the implications of our collective debt, his articles are thoroughly researched and he cites his sources. I inevitably read each article multiple times just to make sure that I have grasped the story that he is trying to tell. This is another no-miss newsletter for me.
